About Magical Terrace Dinners
For these terrace setups, we focus on lighting as the primary element to change the feel of an open space. We rig a 10 by 10 foot canopy using over 20 strings of fairy lights to create an intimate roof, then anchor the dining area with a runner, floral centerpieces, and candle accents to ensure the setup feels private even while outdoors.
How We Manage Your Terrace Setup
When we take on a terrace project, the goal is to define the space so it does not feel like just another rooftop. Our team of 2 to 3 decorators needs about 2.5 to 3 hours to install the canopy and the dining area. We use a combination of fairy lights, lanterns, and floor balloons to soften the surroundings.
What Is Included
- Overhead Lighting: We create a crisscross roof using 20 plus strings of lights, effectively masking the open sky with a warm glow.
- Dining Atmosphere: A dedicated table setup with a runner, artificial florals, and LED candles. We add 1kg of rose petals to mark pathways or create heart formations on the floor.
- Personalization: You can choose between our terrace canopy or a 6ft circular balloon ring backdrop, depending on the layout of your space.
Practical Details
Since this is an outdoor service, we always recommend checking the weather forecast before booking. We provide the decor, table styling, and lighting, but we do not provide the dining furniture or catering itself. If your terrace is particularly windy or has specific access restrictions, let us know in advance so we can plan the installation to be sturdy and safe.
