About Classic Romantic Surprises
We do not use helium for our room setups. Instead, we use ceiling-safe glue dots to secure balloons, ensuring your room looks dreamy and stays that way for much longer without any risk of gas leakage. Our decorators usually need 45 to 60 minutes to transform a standard bedroom, which gives you just enough time to slip out and prepare the surprise.
When you book a classic romantic surprise, we focus on high-impact visuals that fit into standard residential or hotel rooms. Our team knows how to work with limited space to maximize the mood.
The Setup Process
Whether you choose our standard balloon and petal decor or the more elaborate cabana setups, the process is straightforward. We arrive at your location and typically take about an hour to set up. We arrange 40 to 50 balloons on the ceiling and create heart-shaped designs on the bed using fresh rose petals. If you have requested a pathway, we use additional petals and candles to lead the way into the room.
Tips for the Perfect Surprise
- The Timing: If you are surprising your partner, plan for us to arrive at least one hour before they walk in. This allows our decorators time to finish without rushing.
- The Venue: We can work in most bedrooms and hotel rooms. If you are booking a hotel room, please check if they have specific policies about using glue dots on the walls or ceiling.
- Customization: We offer color combinations like Red and White or Red and Gold. Let us know your partner's preference when you book so we can bring the right foil balloons and petal tones.
