Modern Karigari Wall Panels and Artistry
We turn plain surfaces into stories. From handcrafted bedroom headboards to complex leatherite wall cladding, here is a collection of the work we have built in our Mumbai workshop.
This bedroom is a perfect example of how a single feature wall can define an entire space. We crafted this floor-to-ceiling headboard using panels of black fabric and leatherite, detailed with precise gold metal inlays to create a sense of modern luxury and warmth.
This was a moment that truly touched us. An experienced architect shared his thoughts with my parents, saying, "Khubaj saras kaam kare che... imandarithee kaam kare che." It means, "You do very good work... with honesty." This is the principle we build everything on.
We believe storage should be a statement. For this 'Arto' wardrobe, we used leather fluted paneling with inlaid metal accents to turn a functional piece into a striking design element, enhancing the texture and feel of the surface.
This piece showcases the soul of our craft. The parrot is brought to life with intricate, multi-colored beadwork and hand-stitched embroidery on a fabric panel, demonstrating how we blend traditional techniques with contemporary art.

We were commissioned to design this exclusive card room, where every detail exudes style. We curated the bespoke furniture, including the tufted leather sofa and velvet chairs, and the wall panels to create a bold, elegant atmosphere in black and gold.
A closer look at our 'Modern Karigari'. This panel combines delicate hand-painting with the texture of bead and embroidery work, showing the level of detail our artisans pour into every square inch to create a truly unique piece of wall art.
We love a challenge, even one from an AI-generated image. We transformed a digital concept of the Taj Mahal into this tangible, 3D wall panel, using our blend of modern technology and traditional craftsmanship to create a modern twist on a timeless icon.

We manage everything from the foam density in our headboards to the precise metal inlays in our wardrobe cladding, ensuring the finish in your home matches the vision you have.
Our philosophy is simple. We believe walls should not just be structural, but artistic expressions. We call this Modern Karigari. It is a blend of traditional hand-embroidery, zardosi, and beadwork mixed with contemporary technology like CNC-cut metal and high-density foam padding.
Everything you see here is designed and manufactured in our workshop at Raghuvanshi Mills, Mumbai. We do not just install; we manufacture. Whether it is 3D geometric fluted upholstery or a complex mixed-media mural, our team prototypes the material to ensure the durability of the final result.
We typically categorize our work into three levels of detail:
- 3D Upholstery: Using 32 to 40-density foam for a plump, architectural look on headboards and walls.
- Mixed-Media Cladding: Combining leatherite and fabric with PVD-coated stainless steel or tinted mirror inlays for a high-contrast finish.
- Artistic Soft-Sculptures: Our most intensive work, featuring hand-painted acrylics and intricate needlework on velvet or silk bases for murals.
