About this collection

Designing for high-rise balconies requires more than just furniture placement. We often encounter structural constraints and harsh sun exposure, so we integrate weather-resistant wooden flooring and strategic vertical green walls that function as thermal buffers. This approach ensures your outdoor area remains cool and usable through Delhi's varying seasons while maintaining a connection to the city skyline.

Creating an outdoor space in an urban environment is about building a bridge between your interior living area and the sky. We start by analyzing the orientation of your balcony or terrace to manage sun path and wind flow, ensuring the space is comfortable at different times of the day.

In our high-rise projects, we prioritize replacing standard tiling with warmer textures like herringbone wood flooring to bring a grounded, high-end feel to the floor. We avoid cluttering the view. Instead, we use vertical elements—green walls, slatted wood screens, and low-voltage ambient lighting—to build privacy without blocking the panorama.

Every rooftop lounge we plan includes functional details, such as integrated electrical points for evening lighting and careful drainage layouts, so the space survives our seasonal shifts without damage. The goal is to build an area that feels like a natural, intentional extension of your home, whether you are hosting guests on a summer evening or enjoying quiet time with a morning coffee.
