Full Home Turnkey Interiors
Design & Civil Work
- 3D Visualization: Comprehensive 3D renders for all rooms with material selection and mood boards.
- Civil Adjustments: Minor demolition, partition wall erection, and floor leveling as required for the design layout.
- False Ceiling: Design-heavy Gypsum false ceiling (Saint-Gobain or equivalent) with coves, pelmets for curtains, and trap doors for ACs.
Flooring & Wall Treatments
- Common Area Flooring: Indian or Italian Marble (Bottrichino/Grey William range) with mirror polish.
- Bedroom Flooring: Engineered wooden flooring or large format (4x2 or 6x4) GVT Tiles.
- Wall Paneling: Signature style louvers, charcoal sheets, and fluted paneling in living and dining areas.
Fixed Woodwork & Joinery
- Material: BWP (Boiling Water Proof) grade plywood (Century/Greenply) for all carcasses.
- Finishes: Premium Veneer with PU Polish (Matt/Gloss) or High-Gloss Acrylic for wardrobes and storage units.
- Wardrobes: Floor-to-ceiling wardrobes with internal lighting, drawer organizers, and soft-close Hettich/Hafele hardware.
Electrical & Lighting
- Lighting: Architectural lighting plan including COB lights, profile lights in ceilings/walls, and strip lights in joinery.
- Switchgear: Modular glass-finish switches (Legrand Arteor or similar).

- Carcass Material: 18mm BWP Marine Ply (calibrated) with laminate lining.
- Shutter Finish: High-Gloss Acrylic or 7-coat PU Paint finish in solid colors.

- Hardware: Premium soft-close hinges and lift-up systems (Blum/Hettich/Hafele).
Countertop & Backsplash
- Stone: Kalinga Stone or Quartz countertop (stain-resistant, seamless look).
- Backsplash: Matching Quartz dado or high-end subway tiles up to 2 feet height.

- Motorized Blind: Remote-controlled motorized roller blind system to hide/reveal the sanctum.
