Speed and agility are non-negotiable on the cricket field. This video shows one of our athletes working through hurdle drills designed to improve footwork, acceleration, and the ability to change direction quickly, turning tough singles into easy twos.
An athlete's body is their most important asset. Here you can see a glimpse of our physiotherapy and muscle activation session, where we provide hands-on assessment and treatment to prevent injuries and ensure our players are always ready for the maidan.
Repetition is the mother of skill. Inside our indoor nets, a player works on their batting technique, focusing on balance and shot execution. This controlled environment is where we fine-tune mechanics to build consistency and confidence at the crease.
Fielding is an attitude. We instill this from day one, as seen here with a young player practicing his low catching technique. Our coaches focus on getting the fundamentals right, ensuring every player is an asset on the field.

At our Sports Excellence Center in Sector 10, our strength sessions are strictly cricket-focused, blending powerlifting moves like deadlifts and squats with specific agility drills so you are actually stronger and faster for those long days on the field.

Why Our Training is Different
We move away from standard gym routines. Every exercise we prescribe in our warehouse-style center has a specific purpose for your game. We focus on movement mechanics, explosive starts, and injury resilience to ensure you stay on the pitch, not on the bench.
Our approach is split into three core pillars:
- Performance Strength: Using power racks and barbells to build functional power that translates to real-world performance.
- Agility & Fielding: Using cones, hurdles, and reaction drills to sharpen your footwork and reflexes.
- Injury Prevention: Because you cannot perform if you are hurt. We provide sports injury screening, muscle activation, and mobility protocols to keep your body in the game.
Training Locations
You can find us at two primary spots in Noida. Our Sports Excellence Center in Sector 10 is where the heavy lifting and high-performance strength training happens. For field-based coaching, nets, and match practice, we operate out of Sector 74.
