At our Sector 10 facility, we don't do generic bodybuilding routines. We focus on compound lifts like deadlifts and squats that specifically improve your core rotation as a batter or posterior chain stability as a bowler. This is about making you durable enough to handle long spells on the field, not just lifting weight for the sake of it.
