About More Than Just Caricatures
Unlike my signature big-head caricatures, these digital paintings focus on softer details and natural facial proportions. I personally adjust the brush strokes to mimic traditional watercolor textures, so the final file prints beautifully on canvas or high-quality paper without losing that hand-painted feel.
Choosing between a caricature and a realistic portrait usually comes down to the vibe of the gift. While caricatures are fun for birthdays or bachelor parties, these realistic and watercolor-style illustrations often work better for anniversaries, wedding displays, or as framed gifts for your parents or teachers.
