Is your dog reactive or aggressive? I help identify the root cause and work with you to build a calm, confident bond.

This dog is in my Board & Train program specifically for dog aggression. Here we are working on controlled exposure to other dogs on a walk, teaching him to stay calm and focused on the handler instead of reacting.

Ruger was anxious and fearful around people, which can lead to unpredictable behavior. We worked on building his confidence in public spaces, teaching him that he is safe and doesn't need to react to passersby.

This is Nawab, who was highly reactive towards other dogs. We started his training with controlled, safe interactions through a barrier to manage his reactivity. This helps him learn to be calm in the presence of other dogs before we move to off-leash socialization.

This shows the journey from an aggressive dog to one that can exist calmly around other dogs. It's about building trust and teaching new behaviors. The final clip shows the owner handling her dog confidently in a group setting, which is always the end goal.

Walking a reactive dog can be stressful. I teach owners practical techniques like maintaining distance, blocking eye contact, and creating a physical barrier to manage their dog during daily walks. This makes the experience safer and more pleasant for both.

Ziggy was so fearful he wouldn't even walk outside. We started slowly, building his confidence step-by-step, from the elevator to the street. This is a look at the beginning of his transformation journey.

For a dog like Theo who was reactive in his own home, it's crucial to practice with different handlers and guests. This was the first time he allowed a group of people in his house, a major step in his behavior modification program.

After the Board & Train program, the work continues at home. Here is Theo's owner practicing handling in a busy public area at night. He was previously highly reactive to cars, people, and dogs, and now he can remain calm and focused.

Chhote was not comfortable with strangers. The first step in his training was building trust with me. Through patience and positive association, he is learning that new people are not a threat.

For reactive dogs, learning to interact positively with strangers is a key part of rehabilitation. Here, we are proofing obedience commands with a stranger to build a positive association and reduce fear-based aggression.

About Behavior Modification: Overcoming Reactivity & Aggression

Training an aggressive or reactive dog is not about suppressing behavior; it is about addressing the underlying cause. My Board & Train program at the Dome Cricket Ground in Sector 59, Gurugram, begins with a mandatory decompression phase followed by structured, real-world socialization. You are not just dropping your dog off; you are required to participate in specific handling sessions so you learn exactly how to manage your dog's triggers once they return home.
