Before the club lights turn on, the real work happens. From studio practice to perfecting transitions, see what it takes to actually run the room.

This is where the work gets done. In the studio, headphones on, digging for tracks and planning my sets. A DJ's job starts long before the club opens.

As a kid, I dreamed of doing this. Now I'm living it. This is a practice session, honing my scratching skills. We did it, and we got a long journey ahead.

A throwback shot, but the vibe is the same. Always smiling, always about the music. The grind includes loving what you do, even during practice.

A lazy Tuesday jam session at home. This is how I stay sharp and experiment with new ideas and R&B blends. The work never really stops.

About The Grind: Behind the Decks & In the Studio

Most people think DJing is just hitting play, but it is all about the 9 o'clock to 10 o'clock EQ blending method I use in my sessions. When you master how to cut the bass and mids without killing the energy, you are not just playing a playlist—you are actually mixing a set that keeps the floor moving.

Learning to DJ is not about owning the gear. It is about knowing how to survive a set when the crowd is tough. Whether you are aiming for the House Party Hero foundation or my Club Ready Professional course, I break down the process into real-world skills. We cover everything from library management—organizing by BPM and Key—to the technical stuff like beatmatching by ear. No syncing, no shortcuts.

In the studio, we work on how to transition between genres like Hip-Hop and Afrobeats without a drop in energy. It is all about practice, the grind, and getting comfortable behind the decks. My sessions are not corporate classes. It is just me, you, and the studio gear. We get into the specifics of mic control, reading the room, and how to handle technical hiccups during a live gig. If you are in Bengaluru and ready to stop watching YouTube tutorials and start spinning, hit me up.
