Here’s a look behind the scenes of a large corporate order for 200 snack boxes. Each box included our popular baked paneer tikka calzones, mini baked vadapavs, and chocolate chunk cookies, all individually wrapped for hygiene and convenience. I love a creative challenge, and this McDonald's theme cake for a corporate event at Accenture was so much fun to make. For Ganesh Chaturthi, I created this giant Modak Piñata Cake. You get to smash the chocolate modak shell to reveal a delicious chocolate pudding dream cake and assorted chocolate modaks inside. It's a fun, modern twist on a traditional festival favorite.

It features a hand-sculpted teddy bear that has played with colors, and the cake itself is one of my healthy, maida-free, and refined sugar-free options, showing that custom and healthy can go hand-in-hand.
