This three-tier fairy cake is a whirlwind of magic. The middle tier is a transparent carousel with lights and spinning fairies, while the entire cake is adorned with delicate butterflies and flowers.
I designed this rotating two-tier cake for a little diva who loves unicorns and makeup. The bottom tier is covered in edible makeup items, while the top features a custom figurine of the birthday girl riding a unicorn.
Inspired by the movie Frozen, this cake features a real snow globe effect with Olaf inside, surrounded by glowing lights. The base of the cake is decorated with an edible image of Elsa and delicate sugar snowflakes.
This enchanted garden cake brings a fairytale to life with a lit-up alcove where a princess figurine sits on a swing. The entire cake is covered in handmade sugar flowers, vines, and butterflies for a magical feel.

I use heavy-duty internal doweling and battery-operated mechanisms to ensure the cake remains stable, even when it is spinning or loaded with heavy fondant toppers. For the glowing effects, I integrate fairy lights behind rice paper or within transparent separators, keeping everything clean and food-safe.
Because these are structural projects, I treat them as mini-engineering tasks. I need to plan the weight distribution and balance early on, which is why I recommend booking at least two weeks out for these specific designs.
