My Process

Every batch starts from scratch. I proof the yeast dough until it is light enough to float, then I fry it in small batches to ensure that distinct golden-brown crunch. When you order, I do not just pick something off a shelf. I pipe the filling—whether it is the rich Nutella Hazelnut, the caramelized Lotus Biscoff, or my signature dark chocolate ganache—directly into the center so you get a gooey surprise in every bite.
