The Technical Side

Many people worry about how a complex-looking cake will taste. My promise is simple: the design is just the wrapper. Underneath those fondant accents, edible gold leaf, or cardstock prints, you get the same moist, 100% eggless sponges I am known for in Pitampura. For tiered or gravity-defying designs, I use food-grade internal dowels and sturdy supports to ensure everything stays upright.
