Master Western Instruments at Butterfly Talent Academy
Whether you are picking up a guitar for the first time or perfecting your drum rudiments, our structured music programs in Banaswadi help you build technique and find your rhythm.
Our Western music programs are designed to get you stage-ready. We offer tailored lessons for beginners and advanced learners with professional guidance from seasoned musicians.
This graphic introduces the core skills we develop in our kids' drumming classes. We believe learning an instrument is a holistic experience that builds life skills beyond music.
Drumming is fantastic for developing coordination. Our lessons are structured to help kids sync their hands, feet, and brain, improving motor skills and mental multitasking.
A key focus of our drum curriculum is mastering rhythm and timing. Students learn to become the timekeepers of the band, sharpening their musicality and mental discipline.
We build confidence on stage, not just in the practice room. Performing helps drummers develop self-belief and expressive power, whether playing in a band or solo.
Discipline is at the heart of musical progress. Through regular practice, warmups, and routines, our students learn the value of commitment on and off the drumkit.
Our drum classes take students from the absolute basics to advanced techniques. We foster a passionate learning environment where every student can find their beat.
About this collection
We structure our lessons differently based on your goals—whether you want to jam for fun or are aiming for Trinity College London certification. For guitar and flute, we ask that you bring your own instrument to class, but we provide keyboards and electronic drum kits on-site so you can focus entirely on your technique and timing during your sessions.
Our Approach to Music
At Butterfly Talent Academy (BTA), we see music as a skill that requires discipline, not just inspiration. Our Western instrument training—covering guitar, keyboard, violin, and drums—is built on a foundation of regular practice and performance.
Curriculum and Certification
We align our Western music syllabus with Trinity College London standards. This means you aren't just playing songs; you are learning sight-reading, music theory, and proper technique. If you are a student or a professional looking for official recognition, we prepare you for these global certifications alongside our local Bangiya Sangeet Parishad programs.
The 'Jalsa' Performance Advantage
The biggest difference in our training is our focus on 'Jalsa'. We believe that music should be performed, not just studied. We push our students to get out of the practice room and into the spotlight. By preparing for these stage events, you learn to handle the nerves of performing, build stage presence, and gain the confidence that comes with playing in front of an audience.
Batch Dynamics
We keep our classes limited to 4 to 8 students. This ensures that while you benefit from the social energy of a group, you also receive enough individual feedback from our instructors to correct your posture, grip, and rhythm. Whether you are learning to play the keys or mastering limb independence on the drums, our instructors provide honest, actionable feedback to keep you moving forward.
Butterfly Talent Academy
We’re BTA, a family of musicians right here in Banaswadi. We believe music is something you start living the moment you walk through our doors, whether you’re four or forty. We’ll get you stage-ready through our annual 'Jalsa' events, helping you build real confidence behind your instrument.
