About The Grind: Training & Drills
We don't believe in long, mindless hours in the nets. Our training sessions at the NCB ACE Arena revolve around short, high-impact bursts of activity. You will rotate through varied surfaces—turf, astro, and cement—within a single session, coupled with shuttle runs and field-specific drills that force you to think and react exactly like you would during a tense DDCA league match.
Beyond the Nets
Most academies offer hours of basic throw-downs, but that doesn't build a complete cricketer. Our "Bright Grind" is about replicating match pressure. We use scientific drills—like our signature Star Drill—to sharpen your fielding accuracy and agility under duress. Whether it's death-over yorker practice or power-hitting sessions, every movement is tracked.
The Training Environment
We train at the NCB ACE Arena in West Patel Nagar, specifically designed to handle high-volume training:
- Surfaces: Turf for spin/seam, Astro for technique, and Cement for pace.
- Circuits: Agility ladders, tyre drills, and hurdles to build explosive power and speed.
- Mental Conditioning: We incorporate meditation to help you handle the nerves of a real game.
Why it Matters
We aren't just teaching you to hit a ball. We are preparing you for the DDCA league pathway. If you play for Bright CC or Rajinder Nagar CC, you need the stamina to last a full day in the Delhi heat and the mental sharpness to execute under pressure. Come prepared to sweat, struggle, and improve. If you have the fight, we have the platform.
