About Net Sessions: Batting & Bowling
The nets here are not for mindless hitting. Whether you are working on your off-drive or your leg-spin action, I watch your elbow and hip rotation on every single delivery. If your weight transfer is off, we stop the session. We fix the movement, you reset, and then you go again. You will not find me standing on the sidelines; I am right behind the stumps watching how you move and telling you exactly what needs to change to get that clean release.
How We Train
Cricket is about repeatability. In our net sessions, we strip away the drama and focus on the muscle memory required to face real bowling or to bowl with accuracy. We use matting wickets to simulate game conditions, forcing you to adjust to bounce and speed.
For Batsmen: We use the hanging ball drill to lock in your timing and grip. I want to see you getting into position early, with your body flowing towards the ball, not away from it. If you are stiff, I will tell you to relax. If your footwork is lazy, we drill it until it becomes natural.
For Bowlers: It is all about the release and the follow-through. We break down your run-up, your jump, and your rotation. A fast bowler needs a strong base; a spinner needs control. We work on both. Whether you are a beginner or a state-level prospect, the intensity stays the same.
