When setting up outdoors, wind and shifting light are our biggest challenges, not props. We often use weighted, lattice-based structures that allow air to pass through instead of acting like a sail, ensuring your mandap stands firm on open lawns. We also study how the sunlight hits your seating area at the exact time of your pheras, adjusting our floral density and positioning so you aren't squinting in your photographs.
We treat the outdoors as a partner, not a blank canvas. Whether it is the traditional temple pond at The Tamarind Tree or the sweeping lawns of a golf resort, our goal is to enhance the existing beauty. We skip the heavy, boxy structures that block your view of the sky. Instead, we lean into open-frame gazebos and light, airy lattices that frame your ceremony without closing it off.
Managing a ceremony under the open sky requires technical precision. We pre-render every setup to understand how shadows will move across your seating area throughout the event. This lets us position the mandap for perfect lighting, whether you are hosting a morning Nischitartham or a sunset vow exchange.
For florals, we balance what is in season with the venue's natural color palette. You will see us prioritize soft, creeping textures that appear to grow right out of the grass. We also handle the logistics of power and sound, ensuring that when the sun goes down, our lighting setups shift the mood from a bright, breezy day to an intimate, candlelit evening without needing a complete tear-down.
