- Content & Teleprompter Coordination: We manage the technical delivery of presentations, ensuring font compatibility, aspect ratios, and scrolling speeds for speakers.
- Crisis Management: We operate with a 'plan for the worst' mentality. Whether it is a last-minute script change from a VIP speaker or a hardware failure, our team uses established blackout protocols and technical redundancy to maintain show flow.
