Our Approach to Technical Execution
We serve as the operational backbone for corporate summits and product launches. Our team arrives to take control of the technical flow, managing the 'Show Caller' console, FOH (Front of House), and stage transitions.
Core Technical Responsibilities
- Show Calling & Cue Management: We execute the run sheet. Every lighting change, video trigger, and microphone transition is called by our team, ensuring the technical staff works in sync with the program flow.
- Speaker & Content Management: We manage the Green Room and the stage podium. This includes briefing speakers on clicker usage, adjusting mic heights instantly between sessions, and ensuring presentation decks are formatted correctly to avoid technical glitches.
- Crisis Management: Things happen in live events. We maintain blackout protocols for invisible stage resets, manage real-time teleprompter script edits, and handle emergency content updates for VIP speakers without stopping the show.
- Mechanical & Reveal Sync: For product launches, we coordinate the timing of turntables, kabuki drops, and time-coded AV sequences with the music and lighting crescendos, ensuring the reveal happens exactly as planned.
