Calisthenics doesn't have to be intimidating. Whether you are just starting with standard push-ups or aiming for a muscle-up, we use resistance bands and hands-on spotting to make sure you get the form right first. We record your sets so you can actually see your progress, not just feel it.
Soch rahe ho (thinking) calisthenics is only for the pros? Arre tension mat lo (don't worry). At Black Vigor, we focus on the funda (basics) first.
Our Progression Path
We don't believe in jumping to advanced moves before your body is ready. Our progression plan is structured:
- Foundation: We start with proper push-ups, planks, and assisted pull-ups to build your core strength.
- Intermediate: Once your form is solid, we move to dynamic bar work and resistance band-assisted drills.
- Advanced: This is where you conquer muscle-ups, handstands, and levers.
How We Train
You won't be left alone to figure it out. Our trainers provide active, hands-on spotting for safety, especially during high-risk moves like handstands or ring work. We also use video analysis during private coaching sessions, so you get visual feedback on your body alignment and form corrections.
