About How We Deliver: From Factory to Finish
Most contractors outsource manufacturing, which is where delays and quality slips happen. Since we own our factory, we control the lamination, precision cutting, and edge banding steps directly. When you see your floor plan, you are not looking at a vague promise, but a manufacturing schedule that we manage entirely in-house.
We operate differently because we are not just designers, we are manufacturers. Our 28,000 sq. ft. facility in Chennai is the heart of our operations, allowing us to hit our 35-45 day delivery window consistently.
Our Manufacturing Process:
- Pasting: We utilize both hot and cold press machines. The cold press is essential for high-gloss laminates and acrylics to prevent melting and warping, ensuring the finish stays pristine for years.
- Precision Cutting: Manual errors are the enemy of a clean fit. Our automated and manual machines cut every piece to exact specifications from your project's digital list, minimizing material wastage and installation headaches.
- Edge Banding: This is the detail most people miss. We use dedicated Homag and Woodtech edge banding machines to ensure every door and shelf is sealed perfectly. This prevents the peeling that often happens in lower-quality kitchen cabinets over time.
Before a single saw touches plywood, you use our VR walkthroughs. This is not for show; it is to catch spacing issues early. Whether you are in Thoraipakkam, Vadapalani, or Kattupakkam, seeing your kitchen or wardrobe layout in VR means you are not guessing if that file cabinet fits; you know it does.
