Role Overview
- Duration: 2 to 3 hours of engagement covering guest arrival, playtime, and cake cutting.
- Language: Communication in a mix of Hindi and English (Hinglish).
- Capacity: Suitable for managing groups of 20 to 50 children.
Activities
- Games: Coordination of 3 to 4 standard party games like Musical Chairs, Pass the Parcel, Paper Dance, or Simon Says.
- Management: Gathering children for group photos and the main cake cutting ceremony.
- Audio: Manages a basic playlist via Bluetooth or coordinates with the venue DJ.
Client Requirements
- Prizes: Parents must provide the gifts or prizes for game winners.
- Props: Large props (like chairs for musical chairs) must be provided by the venue.
Magic or Puppet Show Performance
Performance Options (Select One)
- Magic Show: 30 to 45 minutes of interactive tricks for ages 3 to 10. Includes appearing canes, coloring books, handkerchief illusions, and potentially a live pigeon trick.
- Puppet Show: 30 to 40 minutes of traditional or character-based storytelling using a portable booth setup.
Artist & Setup
- Performer: Experienced local artist performing in Hindi and English.
- Audio: Includes a portable PA system or Bluetooth speaker for background music and mic.
- Arrival: Artist sets up 20 to 30 minutes before the show starts.
Logistics
- Space: Performed at floor level. Client to provide mats or chairs for kids.
- Power: Requires one functional electric socket near the performance area.

Character Specifications
- Themes: Choice of popular lookalikes (e.g., Cocomelon, Mickey/Minnie style, Superheroes, Chhota Bheem).
- Costume Type: Standard plush or foam-based costumes. Note that these are inspired lookalikes, not official licensed merchandise.
Scope of Service
- Duration: Presence for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
- Activities: Greeting guests at entry, dancing to music, posing for photos, and standing by the birthday child during cake cutting.
Requirements
- Changing Area: A private, hidden room is mandatory for the artist to change.
- Breaks: In outdoor or non-AC venues, the artist requires short ventilation breaks due to costume heat.
Tattoo or Face Painting Station
Activity Specs
- Duration: Up to 3 hours of active service.
- Throughput: One artist handles approximately 20 to 25 kids within the 3-hour window.
Artist Choice (Select One)
- Tattoo Artist: Uses reusable stencils and skin-safe glitter/matte paint. Designs include stars, superheroes, and butterflies.
- Face Painter: Provides cheek art or full-face painting using water-based paints.
- Nail Art: Basic nail polishing and sticker art.
Safety & Logistics
- Materials: Standard non-toxic, skin-friendly paints and glues.
- Hygiene: Standard brushes and reusable sponges are utilized.
- Setup: Client must provide 1 table and 2 chairs in a well-lit area.
Live Popcorn or Candy Floss Cart
Station Setup
- Equipment: One standard carnival-style machine (choice of Popcorn OR Candy Floss) on wheels.
- Manpower: Includes one uniformed operator to run the machine and serve guests.
- Duration: Operational for 3 hours.
Consumables
- Quantity: Stocked for unlimited servings for a party size of up to 70 to 80 guests.
- Serving Style: Popcorn served in paper envelopes/cones; Candy floss spun on wooden sticks.
- Flavors: Salted/buttered popcorn or pink strawberry sugar floss.

- Power: Dedicated 15A power socket required within 5 meters of the station.

- Candy floss (basically buddi ke baal) and a proper carnival popcorn stall - these are just as popular with grown-ups as with kids.

I keep things simple and straight - my team is usually on time, but hey, Mumbai traffic ka koi bharosa nahi (can’t trust Mumbai traffic sometimes). You tell me your budget, and I’ll suggest what fits - no overselling. If you want the party where people just don’t want to leave, this is probably it.
