Crew & Duration
- Team: 1 Photographer and 1 Videographer using professional DSLR/Mirrorless gear.
- Time: Up to 4-5 hours of continuous coverage (Entry to Dinner).
Deliverables
- Photos: Unlimited clicks with approx. 200-300 color-corrected soft copies (Candid + Posed).
- Video: A 3-5 minute cinematic teaser/reel plus a 15-25 minute full event film.
- Delivery: Digital transfer via cloud link. Raw data in 2-3 days; Final edits in 10-14 days.
Kids Entertainment Combo (Anchor + Mascot)
Game Jockey / Anchor
- Duration: 3 hours of active crowd interaction and game management.
- Style: High-energy Hinglish communication tailored for NCR crowds.
