Meet Your Karate Coach in Janakpuri

Training at our Janakpuri dojo is about more than just fitness. My role as your coach is to implement the technical curriculum developed by Hanshi Bharat Sharma. We don't believe in short cuts. When you step onto our blue interlocking EVA foam mats, you are here to work.

My daily routine with you involves a strict mix of physical conditioning and technical mastery. We start with heavy-duty bodyweight circuits—think wheelbarrow push-ups and stamina drills—before moving into the technical side of Shotokan karate. If you are in my advanced group, expect 90 to 120 minutes of high-intensity sparring and rapid combination practice.

We train in an AC facility, but do not let the climate control fool you. The atmosphere is intense. I work closely with every student to ensure your technique, from basic Kihon to complex scoring kicks like Ura Mawashi Geri, is precise. I monitor your progress, correct your stance, and ensure you are ready for the pressure of tournaments. If you are looking to compete, I personally oversee the team selection and preparation for district and state meets. Os.
