Home Satsang & Asan Setup
Structure & Drapery
- Backdrop: 8ft x 8ft to 10ft x 10ft double-layered setup. Opaque base fabric with sheer white or champagne top curtains.
- Guru Ji Asan: Elevated platform draped in premium velvet or sequin fabric (Red, Gold, or Silver).
- Flooring: Pristine white carpet or sheet covering approx 100 sq ft in front of the setup.
Florals & Lighting
- Framing: Fresh flower borders (Roses, Chrysanthemums) outlining the backdrop and Asan.
- Rangoli: Semi-circular rose petal and marigold arrangement at the foot of the Asan.
- Illumination: Fairy light curtains behind drapes, 2-4 LED PAR cans for color washing (Purple/Magenta), and 12-15 flameless LED candles.
Accessories
- Displays: One decorated wooden easel for portrait display.
- Side Tables: Two draped pedestal stools for prasad or holy water.
- Ambience: Area finished with fresh floral fragrance mist.

Entrance & Ambient Decor
- Gate/Door: Traditional Marigold (Genda) torque hangings for the main entrance.
- Foyer: Brass Urli setup with floating rose petals and candles.
- Console: Styling of one sideboard with mixed floral arrangements and festive artifacts.
Feature Photo Corner
- Backdrop: 6ft x 6ft feature wall. Choice of:
- Card Party: Oversized playing cards, poker chips, and themed cutouts.
- Boho Festive: Dried pampas grass, palm leaves, and neon signage.
- Lighting: Fairy light wrap for one garden tree OR string light canopy for balcony (approx 100 sq ft).
Tableware & Details
- Centerpieces: 4-6 arrangements using mason jars or brass vases for coffee/dining tables.
- Glow: 20-30 tea-light candles in glass holders distributed across the living area.
- Hanging: Glass baubles or ribbons with marigold tassels for outdoor sections.
Large Scale Jagran & Mata Ki Chowki
Infrastructure & Tenting
- Structure: Waterproof pandal/hangar setup (approx 200-300 sq yards).
- Draping: Full ceiling masking with scalloped fabric (Yellow/White or Red/Gold).
- Flooring: Full carpeting. Includes clean white sheets (Chandni) for floor seating or banquet chairs with covers for VIPs.
Stage & Florals
- Main Stage: 24ft x 12ft construction with step risers, golden fiber backdrop panels, and heavy velvet curtains.
- Entrance: 8ft high floral arch gate using Marigolds and Tuberoses.
- Decor: Heavy floral framing for the deity seat, ceiling hangings (latkans), and aisle floral pedestals.
Lighting & Furniture
- Lights: Crystal chandeliers (rental) hung from ceiling drapes, general floodlights, and stage focus lights.
- Seating: Royal Sofa/Throne for the lead singer and a dedicated Jyot platform.
- Signage: Floral-framed welcome board at the entrance.

What I Do
I turn your sacred and festive moments into something special. For me, decorating isn’t just about making spaces pretty - it’s about creating the right vibe for spiritual gatherings, family pujas, and those loud, fun Diwali parties. Whether you want a simple mandir setup or a full-on festive bash, I put my heart into every detail.
Occasions I Decorate
You’ll spot my work at Guru Ji satsangs, kirtans, home pujas, big events like Navratri or Maa Bhagwati Jagran, and lots of Diwali party decoration gigs. Ganesh Chaturthi, Karwachauth, or just a family get-together - I’ve done it all, sometimes even mixing up the old-school with the new.
My Style
I can go full traditional with marigold flower garlands (genda phool), colourful rangoli, matka (pot) arrangements, and temple decoration ideas. If you’re into modern vibes, I do fairy lights, pastel drapes, pampas grass, and even boho props. Sometimes, it’s a mix - depends on what you like.
Details Matter
I’m obsessed with details - glowing fairy light backdrops for idols, fresh floral arches, diyas, lanterns, even floating petals in the pool. Want custom welcome signs or quirky props? I’m game. Each event, big or small, gets its own flavor.

Hi! We’re Jayantika and Kaashvi, the duo behind Beau Décor. Panipat is home, but our decoration adventures take us everywhere - Delhi, Karnal, wherever the vibe calls. We started out just loving to make things beautiful, but now it’s about making memories, not just decor. ‘Jai Guru Ji’ is our little ritual before every event.
