Home Transformation: Lights & Floral Draping
Exterior Facade & Lighting
- Building Draping: Installation of serial "Mirchi" lights or warm white fairy lights covering the front facade of the house (up to 3 floors).
- Floral Strings: Dense hangings of fresh orange/yellow Marigold (Genda) strings on balconies, railings, and the main gate to create a "curtain" effect.
- Signage: One customized "Shaadi Wala Ghar" or "Welcome" easel board at the main gate with floral bordering.
Entrance & Foyer
- Main Door Arch: A mix of fabric draping (usually red/orange or pink/yellow) with marigold bunches and bell hangings.
- Rangoli: A fresh flower petal rangoli (approx. 4ft diameter) centered at the entrance or lobby area with a brass Urli and floating candles.
Interior Detailing
- Staircase Decor: Draping of the main staircase railing with sheer fabric and small floral bunches (roses/carnations) at every alternate pillar.
- Mandir Area: Special floral decoration for the home temple using fresh tuberoses (rajnigandha) and roses.
Haldi & Mehendi: Carnival Theme Decor
Main Stage & Seating
- Backdrop: A 10x10 ft thematic backdrop (Tassels/Parandis wall, Marigold floral wall, or Geometric frame with drapes).
- Couple Seating: A traditional brass Urli or a decorated Swing (Jhula) for the couple.
- Floor Art: Extensive floral detailing around the seating area using marigold beds and rose petals.
Ceiling & Enclosure
- Draping: Vibrant "Tent-style" ceiling draping in criss-cross patterns using bright colors (Hot Pink, Yellow, Green) or Leheriya prints covering approx. 1000 sq ft.
- Hangings: Ceiling elements including Rajasthani umbrellas, cane baskets with flowers, or kaleeras.
Props & Photobooths
- Interactive Corner: One dedicated photobooth area featuring props like a decorated Rickshaw, "Horn OK Please" cutout, or neon signs.
- Signages: Quirky quote boards and direction boards placed throughout the venue.
Main Wedding: Stage & Mandap Decor Package
Grand Stage Setup
- Structure: A 24-30 ft wide majestic stage backdrop featuring heavy artificial floral pasting (Hydrangeas, Roses, Orchids) mixed with foliage walls.
- Lighting: Integration of crystal chandeliers and fairy light curtains to add depth and glitter.
- Furniture: Premium 3-seater Victorian or Contemporary sofa for the couple with matching side chairs.
Entrance & Walkway
- Welcome Arch: A double-truss floral archway with fabric swags and hanging crystal elements or bells.
- Passage Decor: A red or printed carpet walkway lined with 6-8 floral pedestals (mix of real and high-quality artificial flowers) and LED uplighters.
Mandap / Vedi
- Structure: A 4-pillar open Mandap setup draped in pastel or red/gold fabrics.
- Florals: Fresh flower borders (headers) on the Mandap structure and floral ties on the pillars.
- Seating: Low seating arrangements (gaddas/bolsters) or Havan Kund setup stools.
Ambience
- Centerpieces: 15-20 table centerpieces featuring tall glass vases with floral bouquets or candelabras.
- Lighting: General area wash lighting using PAR cans to highlight decor elements.

- Mehandi: Vibrant fabric drapes, paper fans, lots of colour and energy.
- Roka & Rings: Pastel floral wedding arrangements with geometric frames and custom neon wedding signage (think “Better Together” glowing in the background).
- Themes: Bohemian wedding decor inspiration with pampas grass and macrame, or grand elegant setups with chandeliers and lush floral arches.

My Story
Hi! We’re Jayantika and Kaashvi, the duo behind Beau Décor. Panipat is home, but our decoration adventures take us everywhere - Delhi, Karnal, wherever the vibe calls. We started out just loving to make things beautiful, but now it’s about making memories, not just decor. ‘Jai Guru Ji’ is our little ritual before every event. Once, we did a haldi pool setup in freezing cold - didn’t quit, just made it magical.
