I don’t just mix drinks, I manage the mood of the room. After 25 years behind the bar, I have learned that the secret to a great event isn't just the alcohol, but the way a guest feels when you hand them their first glass. My approach focuses on creating a moment of genuine connection, ensuring that every guest leaves their stress at the door and walks away with a smile.
My journey started in the late 90s in Bombay as a steward. I never planned on a career in bartending, but the job hooked me. Once the flair bug bit me, I knew I had found my calling. Becoming a National Flair Bartending Champion in 2003 changed my path, taking me across India to perform and compete.
Today, I run Bar Square Academy, but I am still very much hands-on. Whether it is a corporate event or a house party, I look at every gig as an opportunity to perform. My service isn't about standing behind a counter, it is about engaging with the crowd and customizing the experience.
We offer full mobile bar setups, meaning I can transform a drawing room or an office into a high-end watering hole. I also specialize in interactive cocktail workshops, where I guide guests through the mechanics of shaking and stirring their own drinks. For clients wanting that extra wow factor, my flair bartending showcase brings high energy and entertainment to the mix.
I believe in precision, from the fresh ingredients we use to the technique behind every pour. I teach my team that bartending is not about service, it is about hospitality.
