Certified Mixologist Hire (Manpower Only)
Staffing & Duration
- 1 Professional Mixologist (Bar Square Academy graduate).
- Up to 5 hours of service (excluding setup/breakdown).
- Capacity to handle drink flow for up to 50 guests.
Professional Kit
- Standard tool set: Shakers, strainers, spoons, muddlers, and jiggers.
- Prep tools: Cutting board, knife, peeler, and openers.
- Basic hygiene gear: Bar towels and spill mats.
Pre-Event Support
- Assistance in creating a 3-4 drink menu.
- Provision of a detailed shopping list for the host (Host provides Alcohol, Mixers, Ice, Glassware, and Garnishes).

- Syrups: Premium brands like Monin or Mathieu Teisseire.

- Signature Menu: 4-5 complex cocktails beyond standard classics.

My Story
Started off in Bombay, late 90s, just a steward hustling for some cash. Never planned to stick around, but turns out, I’m hooked on hospitality. Switched to bartending, felt like performing on stage. Not easy, but soon the bar felt like home. Got obsessed with flair bartending, practiced non-stop, even won the first national flair title in 2003. Now, I run my own academy, and honestly, I just want to pass on what I’ve learnt.
