To teach bartending properly, I believe in staying connected to the front lines. Here is a look at the events, championships, and distillery visits that keep my academy’s training current.

About this collection
Staying active as a judge at national mixology championships isn't just about the titles. It allows me to bring real-time industry feedback and current flavor trends directly into the classroom at my academy. When you train with us, you are learning techniques that are currently winning competitions and satisfying demanding guests in high-end venues across Bengaluru.
My journey in this industry began as a steward in the 90s, and over the last 25 years, I have seen how quickly the bar landscape evolves. That is exactly why I prioritize industry engagement. My role as a judge and mentor at various events ensures that my teaching is never static.
When I am on a judging panel, I am not just watching others perform; I am observing how the industry is changing. I see which techniques are becoming redundant and which new ingredients are catching on. I take those observations back to my academy in Ashok Nagar, turning them into practical lessons for my students.
This approach helps bridge the gap between textbook theory and real-world performance. Whether it is understanding the complexities of single malts, mastering the science behind milk washing, or learning how to handle a busy bar station during peak hours, our curriculum is designed to mirror the challenges professionals face today.
I want my students to walk out of our academy feeling confident, not just because they passed a test, but because they have been trained by someone who is still active in the competitive circuit. We provide the mentorship and the technical foundation that turns a hobbyist into a working professional in the Bengaluru hospitality scene.
Bar Square
I started in this industry by accident back in the 90s, but today my mission is to share everything I have learned. Whether I am judging a national competition or teaching in the academy, my goal is to help the next generation find their own path in bartending.
