We focus on consistency engineering, which means creating recipes that are easy for your team to execute quickly, even during the rush, so your guests always get the exact same experience.

Whether you are a new lounge looking for the perfect back-bar layout or an established restaurant needing to upskill staff, my approach is rooted in the practical realities of a busy shift.

My team at Bar Square does not believe in complex recipes that look good on paper but fall apart when the bar gets busy. We teach classic mixology, advanced techniques like milk washing, and station management that keeps your service fast and smooth.

I also emphasize working flair. This is not just juggling bottles for show, but using flair techniques to move faster and engage guests effectively. For new setups, I personally oversee the ergonomics of your bar layout to ensure your staff moves efficiently, minimizing the time between an order and the first sip. We also provide full documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and food costing, so your bar runs profitably long after I leave.
