The bartender focuses on the drink menu, the barback ensures the ice, garnishes, and glassware are stocked, and the team lead coordinates with your event planner to keep the pace smooth. We train our staff to handle various environments. From the high-energy demands of a corporate launch with quick-paced service to the more relaxed, detailed requirements of a family brunch, our team adjusts their speed and interaction style. If you have requested a molecular bar or a themed setup, we assign specialists who understand those specific techniques, such as smoke infusions or flair performances, so the show runs safely and smoothly.
