Custom Wardrobes & Fixed Storage
Core Construction
- Structure: Custom-built using 18mm BWR/BWP Grade Plywood (Greenply/Century equivalent).
- Backing: 6mm to 12mm ply backing for structural rigidity.
- Lining: 0.8mm internal laminate (White, Off-white, or Fabric texture) for easy cleaning.
Finishes
- Standard: 1mm Premium High-Gloss or Matte Laminates / Acrylic edge-banded with PVC tapes.
- Premium: Natural Wood Veneers (Oak, Walnut, Teak) finished with Polish.
- Luxury: Duco or PU Paint finish (Matte or High Gloss) on MDF/Plywood base.
Hardware
- Hinges: Soft-close hinges (Hettich, Hafele, or Ebco).
- Drawers: 2-3 standard drawers per unit with soft-close channels.
- Essentials: SS Hanging rods, locks, tower bolts, and magnetic catchers.
- Handles: Profile handles (Gola) or standard knobs/pulls (budgeted allowance included).

- Base Material: 100% BWP (Boiling Water Proof) 710 Grade Plywood.
- Carcass Finish: Internal laminate lining; Sink unit lined with aluminum foil for water protection.
- Shutters: High-Gloss Acrylic, Anti-scratch Laminate, Back-painted Glass profiles, or PU matte.
Storage & Hardware
- Drawers: Soft-close Tandem box systems (Blum/Hettich/Ebco) for heavy loads.
- Organizers: PVC Cutlery trays, plate organizers, and Thali baskets.
- Pull-outs: Bottle pull-outs (150mm - 300mm) for sauces and spices.
- Hinges: 304 Grade Stainless Steel soft-close hinges.

- Legs: Solid wooden legs with polish or PVD coated metal legs (Gold/Black).
