Essential Laminate Modular Package
Core Manufacturing & Materials
- Factory Finish: All modular units are cut and edge-banded (0.8mm PVC) using automated machinery (Biesse/Altendorf) for seamless, chip-free edges.
- Plywood Grades: BWP (Boiling Water Proof) Marine Grade IS 710 Plywood for wet areas (kitchen sink/hob); Commercial MR Grade IS 303 Plywood for dry areas (wardrobes).
- Surface Finish: 1mm High Gloss or Matte Laminate (anti-scratch options available).
Modular Kitchen Setup
- Accessories: SS 304 Grade wire baskets (Cutlery, Cup & Saucer, Thali), bottle pull-out, and detergent holder.
- Hardware: Soft-close hinges and telescopic channels from brands like Hettich, Ebco, or Godrej.
- Storage: Standard carcass structure with 18mm MR Plywood shutters.
Wardrobes & Living
- Wardrobes: Hinged or standard sliding mechanisms with 1mm external laminate and 0.8mm white/off-white internal laminate.
- TV Unit: Laminate finished floating or floor-mounted base unit (up to 4ft) with simple back-paneling.
- False Ceiling: Gypsum peripheral false ceiling in Living and Dining areas with provision for cove lighting.
Project Execution
- Design: 2D Layouts and basic 3D visualization for Kitchen and Master Bedroom.
- Lighting: Basic LED strip lights for under-cabinet and ceiling coves (fixtures at actuals).
- Supervision: Dedicated site supervisor for installation and handover.
