We're back with "Behind the Bite," this time giving a mini twist to the classic Ulta Paratha with Galouti Kebab. These bite-sized delights are perfect for a wedding feast.

From our Trial Diaries, here's a glimpse of our Creamy Spinach Vol Au Vent being perfected. This delicate and divine French-inspired appetizer is a new creation from our kitchen lab.
