At Bangalore City FC, we want girls who love the game to get a real football experience - not just drills, but actual matches and a team that feels like family. Our Girls' Youth Football Program is open for girls aged 11 to 16 who want to push their skills further and maybe even go pro one day.

More Than Just Practice

• Players get to compete in proper leagues like KSFA and TAL Women's Leagues
• This isn’t just a girls' football academy in Bangalore - we’ve built a platform where talent can get noticed by big teams
• Our coaches know the game inside out, and sometimes we even have European mentors drop by

How We Train

• Every player gets an individual plan - no cookie-cutter coaching
• We focus a lot on strength and conditioning, because the game isn’t just about fancy footwork
• We use video analysis to break down games and make sure you actually understand what’s happening on the pitch
• Team spirit is huge for us - we want girls to lead, support each other, and build real friendships

What You Can Expect

This isn’t a place for just having a kickabout. Our U16 girls football teams train hard, but we don’t forget to have fun. Expect a mix of laughter, sweat, competition, and maybe even a few “aiyo!” moments (oh no! moments).
