Building Total Footballers

At Bangalore City FC, we believe a coach is a mentor first and a trainer second. Our philosophy, 'Total Football,' requires players who are smart, adaptable, and confident. To build these traits, we have moved away from traditional, repetitive drills.

Our Coaching Structure

We invest heavily in our staff. Whether it is our U7 grassroots coaches or our senior squad tacticians, every member of our team is encouraged to pursue higher certifications, including AIFF and AFC licenses.

• International Mentorship: Through our partnership with Football Events International, our coaches undergo regular workshops to stay updated with European coaching standards.
• Holistic Development: Football is a game of decision-making. We use VEO AI video analysis during our elite performance sessions so coaches can provide objective, data-driven feedback to players.
• Mental & Tactical Fitness: We conduct mandatory mental health workshops and whiteboard tactical sessions. We want our players to understand the 'why' behind every movement on the pitch.

Meet the Mentors

Our leadership team is comprised of individuals who have lived the game at the highest levels in India:

• Othallo Tabia (Technical Director): An AFC A License holder with experience at Kerala Blasters and Real Kashmir FC, driving our club's tactical vision.
• Keshav Parekh (Head Coach U17/U18): Brings expertise from the Super Division and international exposure, focusing on building conscious athletes.
• Sheheen Usman (Head Coach U15): AFC B Licensed with deep experience in top-tier academies.
