About Naming Ceremony & Cradle Decor

The silver-finish cradles I rent out are designed to fit into home spaces or banquet halls without taking over the room. When I set them up, I use fresh jasmine strings and roses to create a dense, traditional floral arch that frames the cradle. It is the specific combination of the polished metal, the fragrance of the fresh flowers, and the placement that defines the space for the naming ceremony.

For me, a naming ceremony is about balance. You want the space to feel grand, but it should still be a home event where family can gather comfortably. My setups focus on high-quality props and real flowers. I steer clear of plastic looking materials. I use jasmine (malli), tuberose, and roses because they look better and hold their freshness longer, which matters if the event goes on for a few hours.

The Setup Process

Whether you are booking a home setup or a hall, the core elements remain the same. I bring the silver cradle, the floral arch, and the themed backdrop. We handle the transport and the full installation, including the teardown, so you are not left cleaning up after the guests leave.

Plate Decor & Traditional Details

My plate decor is not just about keeping fruits and sweets on a tray. I arrange your Seer Varisai offerings on ornate, beaded, or mirror-work bases. I include small brass diyas and traditional Golu-style musician dolls to add texture. If you have specific items that need to be part of the display, just let me know beforehand and I will integrate them into the arrangement.

Rental Flexibility

If you only need the silver cradle, we can arrange that. If you need a full stage with a themed backdrop for a larger hall event, I can do that too. My goal is to make the decor look intentional and sacred, ensuring the photography of your event captures a clean, classic aesthetic.
