About Ukulele Lessons: Your First Song, Your First Class
The biggest hurdle to learning an instrument is often just holding it properly and getting your fingers in the right place. In our group classes, we keep the batch size strictly limited to 5 students, so you get the hands-on guidance needed to fix your posture and chord transitions early. If you are just curious, our 90-minute workshops include instrument rental, so you can see if the ukulele is the right fit before committing to a full course.
We often hear from students who were intimidated by the idea of 'learning music.' They assume it means endless scales and boring drills. At BAM, we do things differently. Our curriculum is built around the songs you actually want to play—whether that's a classic like 'I'm Yours' or a Bollywood favorite. By focusing on song-based learning, you start making music from day one, which keeps you motivated to keep coming back.

- Small Batches: Our group sessions are capped at 5 students. This ensures that even in a group setting, our Trinity College-certified instructors can give you the individual correction you need to progress.
- No Instrument Needed Initially: For our introductory workshops, we provide the instruments. You just need to show up.
- Balanced Learning: We mix ear training with basic chord structures. You will learn to hold the instrument, tune it, and transition between chords smoothly while having fun.
