Creating a beautiful setup in a unique location comes with challenges regarding stability and power. For outdoor venues or home-based events like First Communions or car boot surprises, I pay attention to the structural integrity of the backdrops. I use custom-weighted stands for outdoor areas to ensure balloon arches and frames stay upright even with a breeze. If your venue lacks a dedicated stage, I bring my own frames and lighting, such as LED PAR cans, to define the space and make it photo-ready.
I also mix mediums to suit the occasion. While balloons are my specialty, I often incorporate traditional elements like marigold garlands and banana leaves for religious functions, or modern touches like shimmer walls and marquee letters for contemporary events. My team and I cover all of Bangalore. We arrive two hours early to set up everything, including special effects like dry ice or cold pyro, and we handle the cleanup the next day so your venue remains exactly as we found it.
