Creative Balloon Decoration and Party Setups
Whether it’s a first birthday or a surprise anniversary, I put together balloon setups that make a space feel like a party. Here is a look at my recent work across Bangalore.
A complete Cocomelon themed first birthday party setup. This package includes a custom backdrop with a gold sequin panel, character cutouts, themed cake stands, marquee letters for the name, and a colorful organic balloon garland.
A stylish black and gold theme for an 18th birthday celebration. This setup features a black sequin wall, a "Happy Birthday" neon sign, large marquee numbers, and a dramatic balloon arch, perfect for creating a glamorous party atmosphere.
A modern and charming teddy bear themed "Oh Baby" shower. The decoration uses a soft color palette of beige, brown, and light blue balloons, a gold sequin backdrop, a neon sign, and cute props like the teddy bear and "BABY" blocks.
A romantic rooftop cabana setup, perfect for a "Bride to Be" party or an intimate celebration. The design includes a frame draped with fairy lights, a circular balloon arrangement, and low seating for a cozy and magical evening.
An exciting outer space theme for a 6th birthday party. This decoration features a galaxy backdrop, astronaut and rocket ship cutouts, planet props, and a blue, black, and silver balloon garland to create an out-of-this-world experience.
An elegant 50th birthday party decor in a pink and gold color scheme. This setup includes a large circular balloon arch, a custom "Happy Birthday" backdrop, and large light-up marquee numbers to mark the special milestone.
An action-packed Spider-Man themed birthday party. This full-scale decoration includes multiple character backdrops, themed dessert tables and stands, and balloon arrangements in the classic red and blue colors.
About this collection
Most of my setups take about 1.5 to 2 hours to finish, so you do not have to worry about me being at your venue for the entire day. I bring everything—the frames, the balloons, and the props—and I handle the teardown afterward, so you can just enjoy your party.
I focus on setups that look good in real life and in photos. You will see from my gallery that I use a mix of chrome, pastel, and metallic balloons, which gives a cleaner and fuller look than basic latex.
I offer three main types of setups:
- Circular Ring Setups: These are great for small rooms or home corners. I use a 6ft metal frame with a semi-arch of balloons and a neon sign. It is simple, effective, and gets the job done without taking up too much floor space.
- Themed Backdrops: If you have a specific theme like Spider-Man, Space, or Jungle, I use 8ft printed backdrops with character cutouts and marquee lights. These are very popular for kids' birthdays.
- Luxury Shimmer Walls: For milestones or evening parties, I use shimmer sequin walls or drape backdrops with heavy balloon clusters. These are more formal and work well for anniversaries or 50th birthday events.
Everything I bring is included in the package. I handle the logistics of getting the materials to your venue in Bangalore, and I make sure the balloon garland and props are set up exactly where you want them. Whether you are hosting a small birthday in New Thippasandra or a larger celebration, I keep the process honest and simple.
