What Goes Into Your Setup
- Backdrop Structure: I use 6-7ft metal ring frames or 8x8ft shimmer walls as the base. These provide the structure needed for a clean, professional look.
- Balloon Art: I use a mix of metallic, chrome, and pastel balloons to build dense, organic arches. I pay close attention to the color palette, whether you want a classic black and gold, rose gold, or blue and silver theme.
- Lighting & Atmosphere: A neon 'Happy Birthday' sign is standard in my milestone packages. I combine this with warm fairy lights and, if you choose, LED marquee letters to spell out the name or age.
- The Details: I include white cylindrical plinths for the cake display, along with themed props like lit-up trees, birdcages, or geometric lanterns to add texture to the floor space.
The Process
