I believe food should be an experience. Here, I am adding a touch of drama with dry ice, creating a grand reveal for the wedding feast that guests will talk about long after the party ends.

My signature three-tiered stands are perfect for showcasing a variety of starters. This display features a mix of our most popular non-veg appetizers, including crispy fried items and succulent kebabs, ensuring there's something for everyone.

You are looking at our pride and joy, the Mutton Biryani. I prepare it using traditional Hyderabadi methods, ensuring every grain of rice is flavourful and the mutton is perfectly tender. It's the centerpiece of any grand *dawat*.

Nothing beats the sizzle of freshly grilled kebabs. This live counter shows our sheesh kebabs being cooked over hot coals, filling the air with an irresistible aroma and serving them hot to your guests.

Food is art. I love adding these special touches, like intricate fruit carvings, to the table. This watermelon and pumpkin carving adds a beautiful, handcrafted element to the buffet spread.

My team is the backbone of our service. Here you can see our uniformed and trained staff ensuring every guest is attended to at a large wedding event, serving pre-plated starters with efficiency and a smile.

A live jalebi counter is always a hit. Watching these golden swirls being fried to perfection and then dipped in syrup is entertainment in itself, and the taste is pure bliss.

This is what a true feast looks like. A table laden with a variety of dishes, from rich curries and assorted appetizers to fresh salads and our special bird-cage platters, ready for a memorable *valima dawat*.
