For these milestone designs, I primarily use Swiss Meringue buttercream because it offers a smooth, professional finish without being overly sweet. I pair this with small, impactful accents like 24K edible gold leaf, fresh flowers, or hand-painted watercolor effects, ensuring the cake looks sophisticated and tastes balanced for all your guests.
I have spent six years in my kitchen in Mulund refining my eggless recipes. When you order a milestone cake from me, we skip the heavy, sugary fondant layers. Instead, I focus on building flavor and texture.
My process for these elegant cakes centers on clean aesthetics. We can work with ombré shading, delicate palette knife painting, or fresh, sanitized floral arrangements.
