Why these are special
I call these my 'Bombe à gâteau.' I wanted to create something that wasn't just a heavy slice of cake, but a small, intense chocolate experience. The magic is in the ratio—lots of ganache mixed into the cake crumbs so it almost melts when you bite into it.
