Turning one is a huge milestone. From messy cake smashes to classic portrait sessions, I capture all those joyful, fleeting moments in my Ghatkopar studio or your favourite outdoor spot.

About First Birthday & Cake Smash
For cake smashes, I always suggest feeding your little one a bit before the session. A hungry baby usually isn't in the mood to smash cake. We take our time here. There is no rushing, no forced poses. Whether it's a messy buttercream scene or a gentle outdoor portrait, we ensure your baby feels comfortable, so the smiles and giggles you see in these photos are 100% real.
First birthdays fly by faster than you can blink. In my Ghatkopar studio, I focus on creating a space where your child feels safe enough to be themselves. I have a variety of themes, from neutral boho setups with teddy bears to bright, colourful candy-themed backgrounds.
Preparing for the Big Day
A successful cake smash depends on your baby's mood. I always recommend scheduling the shoot when they are usually most active, as we want to avoid nap times. If they aren't fond of cake, we can easily swap it for fruit or just focus on 'ONE' block portraits.
Beyond the Studio
Prefer fresh air? We can head to a local park or garden. I’ve done plenty of outdoor shoots in Mumbai, capturing bubbles, picnics, and natural light that studio lights just cannot replicate. Whether it’s an indoor cake smash or a sunny outdoor portrait session, I bring the props and the patience to get the shot right.
