Our signature projects where smart functionality meets modern, layered aesthetics. From building facades to interior details, we craft homes that feel personal, grounded, and timeless.
Here is a look at one of our completed residential projects in Gurgaon. I focused on creating a strong visual identity for the building by layering different materials like limestone, wood cladding, and a custom CNC-cut metal jali. The goal was to design a facade that is modern, sophisticated, and has a powerful street presence.
To give you a closer look at the facade, this video highlights the specific materials I used. The combination of warm wooden cladding on the ceilings, elegant limestone panels, a decorative CNC metal screen for privacy, and a base of imported black granite creates a rich, textured look that feels both luxurious and grounded.
My design philosophy extends from the exterior to the interiors. This open-plan kitchen features a clean, handleless design with a calm, neutral palette. The large window, fitted with a custom jali screen, connects the interior space to the building's external architectural language, ensuring a cohesive feel throughout the home.
A great home starts with a great entrance. In this short video, I share a simple hack for making your foyer stand out: creating a custom pattern in the flooring. Here, I used contrasting black and white marble to design a bold geometric pattern that sets a sophisticated tone the moment you walk in.
About Featured
We often get asked how we make building facades look textured without making them feel cluttered. The secret lies in material layering. By combining limestone with black granite and custom CNC-cut metal screens, we manage to add depth and ensure privacy simultaneously. It is about balancing the rugged nature of stone with the precision of metal to give your home a distinct, modern street presence.
Architecture from the Outside In
We believe an architectural design should tell a story before you even step inside. Our focus is on maximizing street appeal through elevation design that goes beyond paint and structure. We use a mix of limestone for a grounded feel and wooden cladding for warmth, punctuated by CNC-cut metal jalis. These jalis are not just aesthetic; they provide essential privacy and light control while creating interesting shadow play.
Continuity of Design
A great home relies on visual consistency. Notice how the geometric patterns of the exterior jali mirror the interior kitchen layout or the foyer floor patterns? We carry the architectural language from the facade into the living space. Whether we are planning a structural floor plan or selecting finish materials, we ensure the design language remains calm, neutral, and sophisticated.
Practicality First
Good design is nothing if it does not work for your daily life. We prioritize space optimization, storage hacks, and MEP planning early in the design process. When we design an entrance, we look at the flooring layout to create impact with minimal extra cost. It is about those smart, small decisions that add up to a high-end, functional home.
