Ever wonder what goes into the perfect stain? Come behind the scenes with me as I mix my henna, travel across the city, and turn everyday skin into a canvas.

My first mehendi vlog. I take you through my entire process for an engagement mehendi, from getting the booking and prepping my cones to creating the design and seeing the final results.

I truly believe that you don't choose art, art chooses you. This is my mantra, from mixing henna in my kitchen to creating intricate designs for my clients. This is the passion I bring to my teaching.

A quick look at what I'm up to when I'm "offline". It's always about the art, from working on a client's arm to capturing the perfect photo of the finished design.

When someone asks what kind of art I do, this is my answer. I am a mehendi artist, and my art is creating beautiful, intricate designs like this one with swans, elephants, and lotuses.

About A Day in the Life of an Artist

People often ask me why my stain comes out so dark, and the secret is in the prep. I do not use store-bought cones. Every morning, I mix fresh henna using organic powder and essential oils, then hand-roll every single cone. It takes hours of preparation before I even reach your doorstep, but that is the only way to get that deep, rich color that lasts for your special day.

When I say I live on my orders, I mean it. Whether I am commuting from my Ghatkopar studio to a client in Ville Parle or travelling to Chennai for a destination wedding, my day revolves entirely around the art. The photos you see here are just the final result, but the real work happens long before I pick up a cone.

The Process Behind the Stain

My mehendi journey is built on consistency. I believe 'stain pics miss karna meri dictionary mein nahi hai' (missing stain pictures is not in my dictionary). To get that deep, consistent color, I control the entire mixology process. I source my own henna powder, blend it with eucalyptus and clove oils, and age the paste to perfection. This ensures that when I am working on your bridal or engagement mehendi, the application is smooth and the resulting stain is rich.

Why Book With Me?

  • Customization: I don't believe in generic patterns. We sit down and discuss your preferences—whether you want a traditional peacock design, a storytelling motif with skylines, or a portrait.
  • Flexibility: I understand that weddings are chaotic. I work around your schedule, whether you need me early in the morning or late at night.
  • Learning & Teaching: I am also deeply involved in teaching the craft. If you see something here you like, you can actually learn to do it yourself through my certified 30-day course.

Whether it is for a wedding, Karva Chauth, or just a festive occasion in Mumbai, I bring the same focus and energy to every single client.
