Deepen your practice through immersive journeys that blend yoga with art, cycle awareness, bhakti, and somatic movement at our riverside ashram.

An invitation to our Sacred Cycles Women's Yoga Retreat. This is a dedicated space for women to connect with their cyclical nature through hormone yoga and supportive sharing circles.

During our women's retreat, we hold theory classes outdoors to explore the link between the nervous system, menstrual health, and hormonal balance.

Morning yoga sessions during the women's retreat incorporate Hatha, Hormone Yoga, and somatic movement, led by specialized teacher Anna Przybylo.

Sharing circles are an essential part of our women's retreat, creating a safe space to connect, share stories, and support one another through movement, music, and art.

Meet Anna Przybylo, a specialist in hormone yoga and women's health. A graduate of our 500-hour YTT, she returns to co-host our Sacred Cycles retreat.

Our Art & Yoga retreat combines creative expression with daily practice. This collage shows the beautiful natural mandalas and drawings created by participants.

Visual artist and yoga teacher Adam Duke guides a mandala workshop, helping students unleash their creativity in a fun and supportive environment.

An invitation to our Bhakti Yoga Retreat, a path of devotion explored through song, dance, and art. This image shows a heart-shaped flower mandala created for a ceremony.

Join us for a creative exploration of Bhakti yoga, the yoga of love and devotion. This retreat is a space to sing, dance, create, and share from the heart.

About Specialized & Thematic Retreats

These retreats are designed for focused learning, moving beyond general practice to address specific needs like hormone health, creative expression, or trauma recovery. You will live on our 18-acre riverside farm, practice in open-air shalas, and learn from facilitators who integrate these niche modalities directly into their daily teaching sessions.

Immersion Beyond the Mat

Our specialized retreats exist to help you go deeper into specific paths. Whether you are a yoga teacher looking to expand your toolkit or a student seeking a supportive environment for personal transformation, these programs offer more than just asana practice.

Our Thematic Paths Include:

  • Sacred Cycles: A women-focused space using hormone yoga and somatic movement to reconnect with natural rhythms. We combine theory classes on nervous system health with supportive sharing circles.
  • Bhakti Yoga & Art: A middle path of devotion through creative expression. We use song, dance, mantra, and mandala art to tap into inclusive awareness without the pressure of rigid religious devotion.
  • Trauma-Informed Practice: Designed for healthcare professionals and teachers, this curriculum covers polyvagal theory, nervous system regulation, and safe, non-directive teaching principles.
  • Qigong & Movement: A synergy of Eastern wisdom, synchronizing breath and mindful movement to cultivate stability and inner peace.

Why Our Ashram?

Because environment is part of the healing. Our home on the banks of the Kabini river provides a medicinal forest and organic farmland that naturally slows the nervous system. You will eat meals harvested from our soil, practice in nature, and join our daily ashram life—including kirtan nights and fire ceremonies. These retreats are kept small, typically 5 to 15 participants, ensuring you receive genuine guidance from our facilitators. You are not just attending a course; you are stepping into a community that lives what it teaches.
