- Hygiene & Post-Care: We bring disposable sheets and wraps, and we take care of the setup and cleanup. All you need to provide is a warm shower afterwards to wash off the medicated oils.

We still assess your Prakriti (body constitution) and the specific issue—be it chronic back pain, cervical tension, or insomnia—before we start. This isn't a generic relaxation massage.
